HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-279VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The 1 following members were absent: Councilman Neils. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-279 WHEREAS, application has been made for a license for the installation and repair of small disposal systems, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that approval is hereby given to Quickway Excavating Company, Minnetonka, Minnesota, for a Small Disposal Systems License. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- cilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN j SS.
