HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-278fx VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August, 1972. The following members were present (Mayor-Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following I jj , mbers were absent: Councilman Neils. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and ;moved its adoption:. RESOLUTION NO. 72-278 WHEREAS, Section 23, Subdivision 1, of the Village Zoning Ordinance establishes the position of Zoning Administrator, and WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended the appointment of the Chief Building Inspector as Zoning Administrator, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Chief Building Inspector for the Village of Plymouth be and the same is,,hereby appointed to serve as Zoning Administrator for the Village. The motion.f or the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- cilmen Hunt, Spaeth and, Seibold. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. `STATE OF MINNESOTA ) (COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
