Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
;October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
!Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-277 (A)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
subdivision variance for a parcel of land located at 14015 Rockford Road,
owned by Wendell A. Larson,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
'VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving laid subdivision
not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. Petitioner dedicate 27 feet of right of way along County Road 9,
2. Petitioner dedicate 50 feet of right of way along the South portion
of parcels A and B.
3. Petitioner dedicate a corner of his property for right of way on the
Northeast portion of Parcel B (as shown on Proposed Circulation Plan,
9-13-72)
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
'by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted.
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held October 2, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
