VILLAGE''OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
i` Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 72-276 (A)
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 462.358
SUBDIVISION 4, MINNESOTA STATUTES AND SECTION 9.02 OF
CHAPTER VII OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATIVE TO CONVEYANCES
BY METES AND BOUNDS OF PARCELS OF LAND CONTAINING LESS
THAN FIVE ACRES
WHEREAS, Wendell A. Larson has requested that an existing parcel located
at 14015 Rockford Road be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request. and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the subdivision of land
into two parcels both of which would contain less than five (5) acres would
not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village
of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an un-
necessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358. Subdivision 4.
Minnesota Statutes and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village
Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land
containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with
respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A
That part of the North 330 feet of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15-118-22 lying West
of the East 330 feet and East of the West 675 feet
thereof except for the East 138 feet.
PARCEL B
That part of the North 330 feet of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15-118-22 lying West
of the East 330 feet and East of the West 675 feet
thereof except for the West 130 feet.
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutior was duly seconded
!by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
i
jin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
,The following voted against cr abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
,declared duly passed anJ adopted.
