Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village '
### Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of

4s August, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilmen Spaeth and
Neils.

j Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
# RESOLUTION NO. 72-276
WHEREAS. Frank J. Chapman, Jr., residing at 11202 Ridgemount Avenue, has
requested that he be assessed for sanitary sewer area and unit type assessments
on the basis of the 1966 sanitary sewer projects, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously established a policy whereby
E persons whose property was not heretofore assessed for a particular project
shall be assessed at the current construction rates for similar type services
`s rather than the assessment rates used for the original roll,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
�VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that this Council re -affirms its former policy with re
} spect to the request of Mr. Chapman. and
j}## FURTHER, that the assessment rates to be applied against his property
l shall be those which were used on the Magnolia Lane portion of the Southwest
Water Project providing Mr. Chapman covinec+;. to the sanitary sewer during 1972.
�} The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
j� by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
11 favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

in my offi,pe, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
