RESOLUTION NO. 72-275
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Report for Project #202 Interceptor Sewer from
Lift Station 1 to Lift Station A dated December 9. 1971 has been ordered and
prepared, and
WHEREAS, there is a desire to compare various methods of solving the need
for har,. ng the flows between Lift Station A and Lift Station I on a economi-
Oilbasis.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLA6E OF:PLYMOUTN that the staff is directed to develop a Preliminary Report
Supplement which would consider asan`alternata to the gravity interceptor con
structiofi,-'constructing a parallel lift station and forcewain to serve until,
approximately 1980 with future construction of the.peronent gravity inter-
;eptor or three parallel forcemain`s'and lift station. These comparisons should
be done on a basis that will indicate with the various alternates at what times
the costs of the lift station alternates will become more expensive than the
gravity interceptor.
The motion for the adoptionofthe foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
f by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

iin favor thereof; Mayor Hil.de, Councilman Hunt and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
