HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-274AI VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH jPursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd !Iday of October, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, "Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its :adoption: ii RESOLUTION NO. 72-274 (A) WHEREAS, Mervin W. Swigart has requested a Conditional Use Permit to dis- ',pose of black dirt previously excavated on his property (Parcel 3210) located !in the South 1/2 of Section 17, and WHEREAS. the Planning Commission has reviewed said request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE 1 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for Mervin W. Swigart for jidisposal of black dirt from his property be approved subject to the following ii conditions: 1. That no additional excavating be permitted without additional Village approval; 2. That a Performance Bond be posted with the Building Department to insure that the land is left in a useable condition when the black dirt sales operation is completed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
