HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-273B4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of County Road 18 and County Road 9 Storm Sewer
Project No. 117 in the amount in said proposed assessment set oppo-
site the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and
that said amount is hereby levied and assessed.
5. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed; and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed,
adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of
said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in her office and shall thereupon
be and constitute the special assessment for County Road 18 and County
Road 9 Storm Sewer Project No. 117.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of eight (8) percent per annum.
B. Such assessments shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual install-
ments payable at the first day of January in each year, beginning in
the year 1973, and continuing until all of said installments shall
have been paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collect-
able during said year by the County Auditor. To the first install-
ment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date
hereof of December 31. 1972. To each subsequent installment shalt be
added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the
office of the.County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified state-
ment of the amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount
shich will be due thereon on the first day of January in each year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman-ibold, and upon vote being taken
jthereon, the Tollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
iCouncilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
;against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declare
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held October 2, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
