HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-273Stott VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH a Pursuant to due cali`'and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was 1held on the 7th day of August, 1972. The following members were [present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following members were absents Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-273 WHEREAS, Patricia R. Rudolph, on behalf of the owners, Douglas C. Anderson and Ramona Schlink,.who own land in Wilshire Gardens, Lot 12, Block 3, has requested a subdivision variance, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of said land into three parcels, each of which would contain less than five (5) acres, would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of ` the Village.of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owners, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes. and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with respect to the following described parcels: PARCEL A The West 146 feet of Lot 12, Block 3, Wilshire Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as measured along the North and South lines thereof. Subject to et,ements of record, if any. PARCEL B The East 146 feet of the West 292 feet of Lot 12, Block 3. Wilshire Gardens. Hennepin County, Minnesota, as measured along the North and South lines thereof. Subject to easements of record, if any. PARCEL C That part of Lot 12, Block 3, Wilshire Gardens, Hennepin t County,Minnesota, lying East of the West 292 feet as measured along the North and South lines thereof. Sub- ject to easements of record, if any. 2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for recording purposes.
