HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-272AMM VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of 'the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of 'September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ,Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its `adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-272 (A) WHEREAS, the Canteen Company of Minnesota, Inc., 6300 Penn Avenue South, Minneapolis, has made request for a cigarette license, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a cigarette license for the Canteen Company of Minnesota. Inc. for a vending machine to be placed in the Litton Industries !Inc. building at 240.0 Xenium Lane, be approved. CThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded. by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and. Neils. I IThe following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was !declared duly passed and adopted.
