HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-272VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant `to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Veld on the, 7th, day of August, 1972. The following members were 'present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-272 WHEREAS, the, Plymouth State Bank has requested a Conditional Use Permit =; under the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance to occupy a portion of the Plymouth Court Building for a bank facility, and WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed this 'request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a three=year Conditional Use Permit is hereby- approved ereby approved for the Plymouth State Bank to be located at the Southwest corner of the Plymouth Court Building at, County R•rad 6 and State Highway 55, and BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that this Conditional Use Permit aces: not in any way approve a drive-in facility to be associated with the bank. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken there- on. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor'Hilde, Council- men Hunt and Seibold. The following voted against: None. Where- upon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
