Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-271 (A)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request from residents for a review of the necessit
for a stop sign at the intersection of 4th Avenue North and Lanewood Lane, the
staff has completed a study, and
WHEREAS, this study recommends the installation of one stop sign and
three one-way signs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a stop sign be installed on the northeasterly corner
of 4th Avenue North and Lanewood Lane and, in addition, that one-way signs be
installed at Circle Park to indicate to approaching traffic from Lanewood Lane
and 4th Avenue North the one-way circular direction of Lanewood Lane 'around
Circle Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
-following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

L, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
