VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the _Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

held on the 7th day of August, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following
members were absent: Councilmen Spaeth and Neils.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-271
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper' notice according to law, a public
hearing was held by the ;Village, Council of the Village of Plymouth at its
regular meeting on August 7, 1972, to consider the vacation of a portion
of Gaylord Avenue, and
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given
such opportunity after which said public hearing was declared closed by
the Mayor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described streets lying within the Village
of Plymouth are hereby declared to be vacated:
That part of Gaylord Avenue in the plat of Schiebe's
Highland View Addition lying south of State Highway
No. 55.
2. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to furnish certi-
fied copies of this resolution to the County Register of
Deeds, County Auditor and the -applicant for such vacation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Hilde, and upon vote being taken thereon;
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde and Councilmen
Seibold and Hunt. The i,r.;lowing voted against: None. Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
jVillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on August 7, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
