VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special greeting of the Village
;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of

September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: ire.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-270 (A)
WHEREAS, the Village Council has ordered construction of sanitary surer
on 28th Avenue North from Nathan Lane West 275 feet, and
WHEREAS, Barbarossa and Sons, Incis presently working in this area and
scheduled to construct watermain on this same street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUKIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 1 to Project No. 123 East Mledicine
Lake Water in the amount of $5,344.00 is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloering voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hitde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duty passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefuit compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meting of the Village
Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the some is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
