HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-270A: VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special greeting of the Village ;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of f September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: ire. I j Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-270 (A) WHEREAS, the Village Council has ordered construction of sanitary surer on 28th Avenue North from Nathan Lane West 275 feet, and WHEREAS, Barbarossa and Sons, Incis presently working in this area and scheduled to construct watermain on this same street, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUKIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 1 to Project No. 123 East Mledicine Lake Water in the amount of $5,344.00 is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloering voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hitde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted. inr� •r• s�,t STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
