Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
Hheld on the 7th day of August, 1972. The following members were
}present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold. The following
III[members were absent: Councilman Spaeth and Neils.
fj Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-270
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has requested vacation of
a portion of 15% Avenue North for the purpose of development described as area
abutting lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block A; all of Lot 4 and that part of Lot 3,,
Block B. lying West of the Southerly extension of the East line of said Lot 8;,
all in Plymouth Orchards, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except road right; of way
of record along the North line of Lots 8, 9 and 10, and
WHEREAS, all interested property owners and 'utility companies have been
notified ;of the proposed vacation and the utility companies have been notified'
of the proposed vacation and the utility companies have indicated they have no
need for the right of way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE°VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a portion of 15k Avenue North as above described is
hereby vacated.
The motion for the adoption, of, the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Hilde, and ,upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde and Councilman
Seibold. The following abstained: Councilman Hunt. Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly•passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Pillage of Plymouth. Minnesota hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on August 7, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
