HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-269AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-269 (A) WHEREAS, Lloyd L. Harding, 9910 28th Avenue North, has petitioned for sanitary sewer construction on 28th Avenue North and has waived his right to a public improvement hearing, and WHEREAS, Mr. Harding has agreed to dedicate the necessary thirty (30) feet right of way and agreed to pay the full cost of this additional construction, al WHEREAS, the Village has executed a contract for watermain construction on 28th Avenue North, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH,that the sanitary sewer is ordered on 28th Avenue North from Nathan Lane West 275 feet. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in Ifavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Counthlmen Huht, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. !STATE OF MINNESOTA 'COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. !VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my ,office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from.
