VILLAGE OF PLYMOUl
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ppApAAe (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 24th day of July 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-269
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission has
submitted to this Council its proposed 1973 budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager be instructed
to provide within the 1973 Village General Fund Budget the sum
of $12,042.00 representing Plymouth's share of the proposed
Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission budget.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and "adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
