HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-267AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village} Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-267 (A) WHEREAS, all construction has been completed and has passed construction tests, and WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 8 and Final has beenaprepared and monies dare due the contractor, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ;VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that request for Payment No. 8 and Final for Jonquil Lane Sewer and Water Project No. 101 to Northdale Construction Company in the amount of $37,907.60 is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The f811owing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; I, the undersigned, beingthe duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full. true and complete transcript there- from.
