Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Villg9e of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
'Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-266 (A)
WHEREAS, five items of work, whish werenrot included in the contract
proposal, were required to complete the project, and
WHERFAS, the contractor, Northdale Construction Company, has completed
`!this work, as directed,
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
,VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 1, Jonquil Lane Sewer and Water
,Project No. 101, in the amount of $6,757.00 to Northdale Construction Company
its hereby approved, making the revised contract amount $289,361.00.
j The motion for the adoptioncof the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
!by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
!favor thereof:. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
;declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
