Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 24th day of July, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilman Hunt.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-266
WHEREAS, there is a great need for a Comprehensive Water
Report for use in construction, plan designing and determining
assessment methods and rate:., and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has ordered preparation of a
Water Distribution Report, and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Asso'ciates, Inc.
has prepared and submitted the report on Water Distribution
dated August 5, 1971, revised May 26, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has recommended the report
be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Council hereby accepts
and adopts the Report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, Minne-
sota, dated August 5, 1971 and revised May 26, 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against
None. Whereupon the ,Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
4 Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on July 24, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 7th day of August, 1972.
