HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-264VILLAGE OF PLYM0U* fl Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular(rfifaA) ; meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 17th day of July 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-264 WHEREAS, the Plymouth Jaycees have requested the issuance of a Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License for the period between August 30 and September 4, 1972, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE L;UNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be issued to G. James Spinner and the Plymouth Jaycees for the period of August 30 through September 4, 1972. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilder Councilmen Hunt.
