HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-263AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: j RESOLUTION NO. 72-263 (A) WHEREAS, Oscar E. Nelson, 14540 13th Avenue North, has requested a con- isolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the consolidation of Lots 7 and 8, Block 6 of Suburbandale on Parkers Lake be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** (STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
