Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (/s/iygt/IVY)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 17th day of Jul- 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt. Spaeth and Neils
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption: '
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 263
WHEREAS, the Council has ordered the Water and Sewer improve-
ments for Playhouse Industrial Park and the Storm Sewer project
for the State Highway 101 and County Road 6 area, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been submitted and
their approval recommended by the Village Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
1. The plans and specifications for Playhouse Industrial
Park Water and Sewer Project No. 222 are hereby approved.
2. The following schedule is hereby established for the
Playhouse Industrial Park Water and Sewer Project No. 222
and State Highway 101 and County Road 6 Storm Sewer
Project No. 116:
1. Approve plans b specifications - July 17, 1972
2. Advertise for Bids - July 20 and July 27, 1972
3. Bid Opening - August 10, 1972
4. Bid Award - August 21, 1972, or earlier if other
Council meetings are held.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth and Neils
The following voted against (abstained): None _
2!tereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify
that I'have carefully ccroared the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a rec_ular Vsfple/di/all/)_meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on july 17 , 1972, with the
original thereof on filed my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
