VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
kPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
:i September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
i;
Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
j
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-260 (A)
WHEREAS, on September 12, 1972 the Board of Zoning Adjustment granted a
variance to Donald Beamer, 2524 West Medicine Lake Drive, of five (5) feet on
the North and south sides of her property and a thirty (30) foot variance on
,the west property line for the construction of a garage, and
i WHEREAS, the petitioner has appealed said decision of the Board of Zoning
Adjustment and requested Council review o•F the matter in order that they might
construct a garage within two (2) feet of the West Medicine Lake Drive right of
way as originally requested, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed said request,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG
OF PLYMOUTH that the action taken by the Board of Zoning Adjustment is re-
affirmed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
Ifavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, and Seibold. The fol -
flowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held September 25, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 21st day of November. 1972.
