Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-259 (A)

WHEREAS, Roger C. Johnson has requested that the street easement between
Lots 6 and 7 of Block 1 of the Fazendin-Krogness Addition be vacated, and

WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request, and
WHEREAS, the Village Counci; believes it would not be in the best interest
lof the Village to vacate said street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Roger C. Johnson to vacate the street
easement between Lots 6 and 7. Block 1 of Fazendin-Krogress Addition is hereby
idenied.
Tne motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Eby Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

lin favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The fol -
j lowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declar-
ed duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held September26, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 21st day of November, 1972.
