HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-259village of plymouth Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village "Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of i; ,,July, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, A)aeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ,adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-259 WHEREAS, Plymouth Village residents have expressed concern about the ;condition of their streets in areas where restoration only was ordered and (constructed after utility construction, and WHEREAS, there was a desire to allow the residents of East Medicine Lake hStreet Improvement Project No. 123 area a full opportunity to consider alter- Inate street construction available, and i WHEREAS, a public improvement hearing was held to consider these alter- n ates which included complete street and curb and gutter construction, and residents requested that a two-inch mat overlay be placed on all streets, I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE 1OF PLYMOUTH that a two-inch mat overlay on all streets within the East Medicine Lake Water Project No. 123 area is hereby ordered for construction in 1973. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .;ouncilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, and Neils. The following !voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly !passed and adopted. *** STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH *** I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the !Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village �Council of said Village held July 17, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
