HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-258AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-258 (A) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a subdivision variance for Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 3 of Sunset Acres Addition, owned by Edward A. Nelson, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE50LVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said subdivision variance not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met: 1. That a revised survey be submitted conforming to Parcels A, B, C and D as shown on Exhibit A-393; 2. That ten (10) feet of street right of way be dedicated to the Village of Plymouth along the East side of said Lots 1, 2 and 3; 3. That all required utility easements as determined by the Village Engineer be deeded to the Village; 4. That residential equivalent charges (REC's) of $175 for water and $175 for sewer for a total of $350 be paid to the Village of Plymouth by the owner for the one additional lot which will be created. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold.
