Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 17th day of July, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-258
WHEREAS, the Village Council, on May 18, 1970 did approve a
Site Plan for the construction of the Plymouth Court (MIP Office
Building) in an I-1Planned Industrial District, and
WHEREAS, it is now evident that the property should have
been rezoned to the B-1 Limited Business District. and
WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Industrial Park has requested re-
zoning to B-1 Limited Business District and a Conditional Use
Permit for a proposed bank to occupy a portion of the building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Minneapolis Industrial Park
be hereby permitted to prepare for the occupancy of the Plymouth
Court Building by a medical office and a bank while the rezoning
request and Conditional Use Permit are being processed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Hilde, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village field on July 17, 1972 with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 7th day of August, 1972.
