Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hel

!ion the 25th day of September, 1972. The following members were
!present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The
following members were absent: Councilman Neils.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
'Imoved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-256 (A)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
Subdivision Variance for a portion of Lot 1, Block D, Plymouth Orchards, own-

ed by Northern Preferred Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision
Variance not be filed with the County until the following condit�ons are met:
�i 1. That all required utility easements as determined by the Village
Engineer be deeded to the Village;
M 2. That all required utility stubs to be installed by Northern Pre-
ferred Company or the cost of installation be bonded with the
Village;

3. That the water and sewer REC charges shall apply to the two addi-
tional lots which are created.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibo,d. The followinggvoted against
or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
