HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-256VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of July, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-256 WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has been requested to con- struct the East one-half of Ranchview Lane between 7th Avenue North and 9th Avenue North, and WHEREAS, it is most appropriate to consider a street improve- ment project for both sides of Ranchview Lane between 7th Avenue North and 9th Avenue North, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that :a -Public Hearing be set for 7:30 p.m. on August 21, 1972 to consider a pubItc,street imppovement project for Ranchview.Lane between 7th Avenue North and 9th Avenue North. The motion for the adoption.o.f the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman, Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July 17, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from.
