HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-254AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH F 6 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village 'council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of `September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen it 1Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. i (•a t+re Rir• Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOR NO. 72-254 (A) WHEREAS, this Council hts previously directed the George M. Hansen Company to conduct an audit of the Village financial position as of December 31, 1971. and WHEREAS, said audit has been presented to the Village under date of 1, 1972, and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the audit and recommendations contain - therein with the auditor, NOW, THEREFORE, BY IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the 1971 audit of the Village of Plymouth prepared V the George M. Hansen Company be and the saw is hereby accepted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded y Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The follow - ng voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared my passed and adopted. �r OF MINNESOTA jOF HENNEPIN SS.
