Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
j. of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 11th day of September, 1972. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and
Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-251 (A)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council on January 3, 1972 ordered the
preparation of an updating of the existing comprehensive sewer plan for the
f Village, and

WHEREAS, said plan has been revised and updated in accordance with the
I directions of the Village Council, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council upon review of this plan deems it to satisfy
the future sanitary sewer needs of this growing Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the comprehensive sewer plan dated July 26, 1972
be and the same is hereby adopted as the official sewer plan for the Village
of Plymouth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in presenting this plan to the Metropolitan
Sewer Board and the Metropolitan Council, the Village staff is directed to
clearly indicate that it appears necessary to continue to explore the possi-
bility of conveying a portion of the northern part of the Village's sanitary
sewage to the north and that such studies can only reasonably be undertaken
at such time as Maple Grove and the Metropolitan Sewer Board have engineering
data available on the routes of the Metropolitan interceptors to serve that
area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded Ly Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members
voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified -and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on September 11, 1972 with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 26th day of September, 1972.
