HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-251VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting h of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of July, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth jThe following members were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-251 WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has requested of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company licenses to construct, i maintain and use a watermain under the company's tracks in Plymouth as part of the West Medicine Lake Water Improvement Project (Project #127), and WHEREAS, the railway company hes agreed to issue said license to the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL I OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents between the Village and the Chicago and North Western Railway Company to secure the license required for this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunts Neils and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained): None Whereupon the Resolution was de-clared duly passed and adopted.
