VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
!Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
I
i Septembar, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
tadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-247 (A)
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 1972 WEED ERADICATION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the 1972 Weed Eradicatio
including all incidental expenses, and the sum to be assessed against
benefitted property is as listed below:
$8,659.02
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
b Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of
land within the district affected in accordance with the provisions
of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following
abstained: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
,duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held September 11, 1972 with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 17th day of November, 1972.
