HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-246AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village iCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of { September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen i Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its ladoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-246 (A) j A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 1972 STREET LIGHTING PROJECTS BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the 1972 Street Lighting Projects, including all incidental expenses, and the sum to be assess- ed against benefitted property is as listed below: $4,356.07 2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable lot, i piece or parcel of land within the district affected in accordance I with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes. j The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de- iclared duly passed and adopted. STA '" NNESOTA ) COUNT ',ENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Villag of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the fore- going axtract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 11, 9172 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
