Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village s

"ICouncll of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
:'September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
;adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-245 (A)
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS LISTED BELOW IN
ACCORDANCE WITH FINANCE DIRECTOR'S LIST OF
SEPTEMBER 8, 1972
i BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
'as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the listed projects,
including all incidental expenses, and the sum to be assessed against
benefitted property is as listed below:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Iiby Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in
!;favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt; Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The
Ifollowing voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
,passed and adopted.
