VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
°1Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
+,September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
(Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
;adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-244 (A)
WHEREAS, Ecklund and Swedlund, Developers of Imperial Hills, Imperial
lls Second, Imperial Hills Third and Imperial Hills Fourth Additions has
mpleted the majority of construction for which bonds were provided to the
11age, and
WHEREAS, the Developers have applied for bond reductions on these
ts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
LLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
M 1. Bond reductions are hereby approved for improvements within the
Imperial Hills, Imperial Hills Second, Imperial Hills Third and
Imperial Hills Fourth Additions as follows:

Bonds retained are to cover costs of remaining improvements, as lis
in Engineering Memo No. 72-193, dated July 13, 1972, and
2. Improvements other than as listed in Engineering Memo No. 72-193, are
hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
