HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-243RESOLUTION NO. 72-243 ' WHEREAS, The Village has been requested to vacate a portion of 1511 Avenue North tying Southeasterly of the intersection of County Road 6 and''Xenlum Lane, NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Public Hearing be held on Monday, August 7, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. at the Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, to receive the comments from the public conevt - cerning`this.proposed street vacation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly seconded,by'Councilman Hunt, and upon vote btdng taken thereon, the following voted 1n favor: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold.
