Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
!;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
:':.September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
;Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 72-242 (A)
WHEREAS, this Council on August 22, 1972 established a policy for the
ment and collection of area type charges for both water and sanitary
utilities, and
WHEREAS, the REC charge is normally to be collected at the time plumbing

NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following policy be established:
1. For 1972 assessments, the REC charge will be assessed to those
parcels which are presently platted for residential type construction.
2. For unplatted lands only area assessments will be levied and REC
charges will be collected at the time plumbing permits are requested
from the Village.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
)y Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted
In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils.
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon said Resolution was
