VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hurt. Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.
�oun#_iiman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-239 (A)
A RESOLUTION RECEIVINC THE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND
DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR STORM SEWER PROJECTS
NO. 114 AND NO. 117
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
as follows:
1. A proposed assessment roll for Storm Sewer Projects No. 114 and No.
117, prepared by the Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo,
Rosen. Anderlik 6 Associates. Inc., is hereby received and ordered
to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk where it
shall be and remain open to public inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall
g publish notice of the time and place of a
hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The
Clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each per -
cel of land described in the assessment roll, with such mailed notice
E'.. to be given no less than two weeks prior to the date of hearing on
such proposed assessment roll.
3. Such notice shall state the date. time and place of such hearing, the
general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be assessed,
that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that
written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be con-
sidered.
4. The Village Council shall meet at the time and place specified in
such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.
S. The public hearing for these proposed special assessment rolls shall
be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Public Works
Garage, 14900 Twenty -Third Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, on
October 2. 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seitold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon said Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the du'y qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
f Council of said Village held September 11, 1972 with the original thereof on
!file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
