C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-391
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE S URFACE W ATER M ANAGEMENT P LAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an update to its Surface Water Management Plan in 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Surface Water Management Plan will be used to meet or exceed City goals and surface
water requirements of regulatory agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Quality Committee has reviewed and commented on the Surface
Water Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Surface Water Management Plan has been approved by the Bassett, Elm, and
Shingle Creek Watershed Management Organizations; and
WHEREAS, the Surface Water Management Plan has been reviewed by Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District staff and is pending approval from the Board of Managers on December 20, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1. Minor changes are authorized by staff to address any final comments received from the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Surface Water Management Plan is approved.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 11th day of December, 2018.
