C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-383
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE V ACATION OF P ARKING E ASEMENTS
WITHIN 4090 AND 4000 A NNAPOLIS L ANE
WHEREAS, public meeting with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December 11, 2018,
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, the Council held a public meeting on December 11, 2018 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of parking easements within the properties located at 4090
and 4000 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said Parking Easements are not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following Parking Easements be vacated:

Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 4 Addition, south of County Road 9 and northeast of
Annapolis Lane.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of December, 2018.
