R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-379
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MERICANS WITH D ISABILITIES A CT (ADA)
T RANSITION P LAN
WHEREAS, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), enacted on July 26, 1990, is a civil rights
law prohibiting discrimination against individuals on the basis of disability; and
WHEREAS, as required by Title II of ADA 28 CFR. Part 35 Sec. 35.105 and Sec. 35.150, the City of
Plymouth developed an ADA Transition Plan for facilities within the public right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the ADA Transition Plan is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of December, 2018.
