R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER N O’S. 1-3 FOR THE
S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD AT I-494 E XPANSION P ROJECT (ST180003) AND THE F ERNBROOK L ANE
M ILL AND O VERLAY P ROJECT (ST189002.001)
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is for the relocation of City fiber optic facilities; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 is for modification to the signal system mast arm at the
intersection of Fernbrook Lane and Rockford Road; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is for additional pavement markings at the intersection of
Fernbrook Lane and Rockford Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota that Change Orders No. 1-3 in the total amount of $38,597.24 are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of December, 2018.
