R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-376
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER N O. 1 FOR THE
2018 S ANITARY S EWER L INING P ROJECT (SS189001)
WHEREAS, the area of sanitary sewer to be lined with Change Order No. 1 is included in the
2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program for lining in 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City is participating in the 2017 I/I Grant Program administered by the
Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) which provides grants to municipalities for capital
improvements to public infrastructure to mitigate infiltration and inflow; and
WHEREAS, including Change Order No. 1 with the 2018 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project would
allow for it to be eligible for reimbursement under the MCES grant program; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is for the lining of an additional 3,347 linear feet of Sanitary
Sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $88,631.60 is approved.
