C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-375
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDERS N O. 1-3 FOR THE
K ILMER P ARK S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST189001)
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is for additional traffic control and storm sewer modifications;
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 is for the placement and removal of an asphalt wedge to protect
the curb and gutter until such time that the final wear course of pavement can be placed; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is for hydro-mulching to stabilize the construction site to prevent
erosion until such time that sod can be installed to comply with MPCA permitting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota that Change Orders No. 1-3 in the total amount of $71,275.01 are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of December, 2018.
