R ESOLUTION N O. 2018-365
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO C ITY P OLICIES
WHEREAS, separate policies currently exist for Bass Lake Shelter rental, canoe rack rental,
Parkers Lake North Picnic Shelter rental, and Parkers Lake Pavilion Multi-Purpose Room rental, and
WHEREAS, the Park Facilities Policy is being amended to include language regarding the above
facility rentals in that policy; therefore, the individual policies would be deleted; and
WHEREAS, the Closing Times for Parks and Beaches Policy is being deleted as this language was
added to Section 805 of the City Code as adopted by the Council on September 25, 2018 per Ordinance
No. 2018-18; and
WHEREAS, the Hilde Performance Center Rental Policy is being amended to match the
requirements of the special event application; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission approved the policy changes as noted
above at their November 8, 2018 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the separate policies for the Bass Lake Shelter Rental, canoe rack rental, Parkers Lake
North Picnic Shelter rental, Parkers Lake Pavilion Multi-Purpose Room rental, and Closing Times for
Parks and Beaches are deleted and the amended Hilde Performance Center Rental Policy and Park
Facilities Policy are approved.
