1.CALL TO ORDER
2.PUBLIC FORUM – Individuals may address the Committee about any item not contained on the regular
agenda. A maximum of 15 minutes is allotted for the Forum. If the full 15 minutes are not needed for the
Forum, the Committee will continue with the agenda. The Commission will take no official action on items
discussed at the Forum, with the exception of referral to staff for future report.
3.APPROVE AGENDA – Environmental Quality Committee members may add items to the agenda for
discussion purposes or staff direction only. The Environmental Quality Committee will not normally take
official action on items added to the agenda.
4.CONSENT AGENDA – These items are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Committee member or citizen so requests, in which event
the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda.

Fieldhouse dome open for walking, jogging and open play
Plymouth, Minn. – The City of Plymouth offers indoor walking, jogging and open play in the Plymouth
Creek Center Fieldhouse dome, 14800 34th Ave. N.
Walking/Jogging
Residents are welcome to walk or jog for free during select hours at the Fieldhouse dome’s indoor track.
A monthly walking/jogging schedule may be found at plymouthmn.gov/fieldhouse. The schedule is
subject to change. Residents may call the Fieldhouse walk/jog line at 763-509-5292 for the most up-to-
date information.
Baby strollers are permitted.
Dome temperature depends on the outside temperature and will range from 30-55 degrees.
Open Play
The Fieldhouse dome provides an indoor space for soccer, softball, baseball, football, lacrosse, rugby
and other activities. Open play is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the following
times:
•10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Toddlers/Youth (Ages 12 and younger)
•2:15-4:15 p.m. – Teens (Ages 13-18)
Toys, balls and bouncy inflatables are available during toddler/youth open play.
Temperature is set to 55 degrees during open play.
Cost is $4 for Plymouth residents and $5 for non-residents. There is no admission cost for supervising
parents or adults.
Open play may be occasionally canceled due to special events, rentals, severe weather or dome
maintenance.

Plymouth Arts Fair set for Nov. 23-24
Plymouth, Minn. – The City of Plymouth will hold the annual Plymouth Arts Fair 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 23 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24 at the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave.

Around 30 local and regional artists display, demonstrate and sell their artwork. Plymouth Arts Fair
features paintings, photography, sculptures, jewelry, pottery, clothing/accessories, household items and
more.
Past fairs have showcased brightly colored canvas landscapes, intricate beading and necklaces,
handmade cards and stationary, and hand-carved wooden cheese boards.
“Plymouth Arts Fair is a great place to do some holiday shopping,” said Recreation Supervisor Alyssa
Fram. “It provides an opportunity to support local artists, while picking out unique, creative gifts for
family and friends.”
The event also features a children’s art activity 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, as well as musical
performances throughout both days of the fair.
Plymouth Arts Fair is free to attend and open to the public. The event is sponsored by the City of
Plymouth, TCF Bank, Hy-Vee and Kyle Vitense State Farm Agency.
Cutline: Support local art and get a jump on holiday shopping at the Plymouth Arts Fair Nov. 23-24 at the
Plymouth Creek Center. A children’s art activity is available at the fair on Saturday, as well as musical
performances throughout the two-day event.

City of Plymouth participates in Toys for Tots Drive
Plymouth, Minn. – The City of Plymouth is partnering with North Memorial Health to collect toys for
Toys for Tots at three Plymouth locations Nov. 22-Dec. 13.
The Plymouth community is invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages at three
locations:
•Plymouth City Hall – Front Lobby
3400 Plymouth Blvd.
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
•Fire Station II – Front Lobby
12000 Old Rockford Road
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday
•Fire Station III – Front Lobby
3300 Dunkirk Lane
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday
Toys for Tots, a 70-year national charitable program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, collects toys,
books and other gifts for children in need during the holiday season.
