Christopher & Banks Corporation (OTC: CBKC) has a new chief marketing officer.
Rachel Endrizzi took over the new job June 19. Endrizzi joins the Plymouth-based retail
chain after 15 years at Regis Corp. where she held the same role.
As part of her hiring, Endrizzi was granted 75,000 Christopher & Banks shares that will
be given in three annual installments of 25,000 from June 2020 through June 2022.
Endrizzi was also granted employee stock options: she was given the right to buy 75,000
shares of company stock at $0.139 per share, with the options given in three annual
installments of 25,000 from June 2020 though June 2022.
Christopher & Banks, which specializes in selling clothing to middle-aged and older
women, has struggled in recent years. The company was delisted from the New York
Stock Exchange in April after falling below the NYSE's minimum market capitalization.
The company is still public but is now traded on the Pink Open Market, a smaller
exchange run by OTC Markets Group.
The hiring of Endrizzi follows the hiring of a real estate consultant in April to restructure
leases for some of its stores, with estimated cost savings of $4 million to $7 million.
